The call for the 3rd stage of thermal modernization projects between the Ministry of Infrastructure and the European Investment Bank EIB began
Proposals for participation in the selection of projects should be submitted with supporting documents (which can be found below) by November 11 to UPBEE.proposal@mtu.gov.ua
