Webinar from CoM East “Climate change adaptation projects and financial opportunities for their implementation”
The webinar will include a discussion among participants about the SECAPs of communities and what ideas cities have for adaptation projects, possible technical solutions, lessons learned from the implemented projects by the Covenant of Mayors Signatories, and, of course, financial instruments for implementing such measures.
Climate change is one of the greatest threats of our time, affecting all spheres of life: the economy, infrastructure, agriculture, water resources, and public health. Ukrainian communities are successfully implementing energy projects and will increasingly start implementing adaptation projects in the near future to reduce the negative effects of climate change.
For: representatives of communities that have developed SECAPs, other communities interested in implementing adaptation projects, environmental organizations and NGOs, climate change experts, anyone who wants to learn more about implementing climate projects.
