Svyatoslav Pavliuk became a member of the Supervisory Board of Lviv City Water Utility

According to the Lviv City Council's website, on February 8, members of the Lviv City Council approved the members of the Supervisory Board of Lviv City Water Utility, which included four representatives. Among them are Sviatoslav Pavliuk, Executive Director of the Association "Energy Efficient Cities of Ukraine"; Dmytro Novytskyi, Deputy General Director for Strategic Policy of Kyivvodokanal; Roman Lepak, Director of the Department of Organization, Strategy and Corporate Governance of Kredobank; and Karina Topp , CEO of AARHUS VAND A/S (water utility of the Danish city of Aarhus). The newly elected members of the Supervisory Board are experts with experience in corporate governance and in the areas of utility companies. The Chairman of the Supervisory Board is to be elected among the members.
The project to establish Supervisory Boards at Lvovodokanal and Lvivsvitlo is a pilot project implemented by the Department of Housing and Infrastructure of Lviv City Council. The Supervisory Board will be the first such management body in Ukraine. The experience gained from this work will be shared with other communities.
The main powers of the members of the Supervisory Boards will be to formulate strategic directions. They will not interfere in the operational activities of enterprises.
