Our Association aims to help Ukrainian communities to preserve their infrastructure documents that may be lost because of the war. The idea of the project came during a conversation with a head of a community which lost documentation after russia's missile attacks.
"This project is not unique and has already been implemented in countries with protracted military conflicts, in particular in the Balkans. After all, we are talking about the loss not only of documents, but also, unfortunately, of people who can remember the location of the laid engineering networks," says ⠀
