Participants had the opportunity to communicate with the representatives of the Ministry of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine; the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine and fellow energy managers.
On the first day of the event, the Konotop community was chosen as the ENERGY MANAGER START of 2023!
On the second day, the participants visited facilities in Myrhorod that had undergone thermal modernisation with financial support from the EU and co-financing from the Myrhorod City Council as part of the project "Modernisation of production, supply and consumption of the heat district in Myrhorod MO.GE.DI.CO": kindergarten No. 10 "Veselka" and the reconstructed boiler house at 4-A Prorizna Street. The conference delegation later went to a waste management company that has been sorting waste in Myrhorod since 2005.
We are grateful to the community of Myrhorod for the warm welcome of the participants and organisers and for the examples of successful projects!
The event was supported by the Energy Efficiency Promotion and Implementation of the EU Energy Efficiency Directive in Ukraine project.
