102 municipalities: Dolynska and Krasnokutsk joined EECU

Dolynska community, located in the Kirovohrad Oblast, and the Krasnokutska community, located in the Kharkiv Oblast, have officially joined the community of Energy Efficient Cities in Ukraine!

Let's get to know the municipalities

The Dolyna urban territorial community unites 31 settlements with a population of 24,513 people. The town is an important railway junction. It is the first hromada of the Kirovohrad Oblast to join the Association!

The Krasnokutska settlement amalgamated territorial community comprises 66 settlements with a population of 25,670 people. The locals call the village in the old fashioned way - Krasny Kut, it is one of the oldest settlements in Slobozhanshchyna.

Both communities are signatories to the Covenant of Mayors East.
