Call for proposals for the development of a draft national standard “European Energy Award” (completed)

The Association “Energy Efficient Cities of Ukraine” announces a tender by means of a request for commercial proposals for the development of a draft national standard “European Energy Award. Requirements and guidelines for use by local governments of Ukraine”, which will meet the requirements of the Terms of Reference.

The procurement is carried out within the framework of the international technical assistance project from the Swiss government entitled “Certification of Municipal Energy Management in Ukraine / EEA Office”, which aims to improve the energy efficiency of Ukrainian communities.

Commercial proposals are accepted by e-mail to procurements@enefcities.org.ua until September 20, 2024 with the subject line “Development of the EEA standard”.

Expected results:

• Terms of reference for the development of the draft DSTU have been developed and agreed upon.
• The first version of the draft DSTU and explanatory note to it were developed.
• A copy of the notification on the development of the first version of the draft DSTU was received.
• A set of comments was collected, analyzed and considered by the responsible TC (if necessary).
• The Protocol of consideration of the first version of the draft DSTU by the responsible and related TC (if necessary) is formed.
• The second version of the draft DSTU and the explanatory note to it are developed.
• The Protocol of consideration of the second version of the draft DSTU by the responsible TC (if necessary) is formed.
• Received copies of letters on sending the second edition of the draft DSTU for approval (if necessary).
• Minutes of consideration of the second edition of the draft DSTU by related TCs (if necessary) are formed.
• Final version of the draft DSTU and explanatory note to it. DSTU file. A copy of the letter on submission of the DSTU file for acceptance.

The term of service provision is up to 6 months.
