The EER method is most possible for living in the energy sector and profitable living space at the local level, when there is energy efficiency and it turns out that it has identified the energy source and created the necessary for this issue, as well as brought in line with the ministry. In order for the participating municipalities of the EEA to take advantage of what has been confirmed that energy countries are progressing, there is also the highest degree of governance that, in its freedom, exists for international donors and potential investors.
