In June 2023, the Association "Energy-Efficient Cities of Ukraine", as part of an international consortium of organizations, started the implementation of the Smarter Finance for EU (SMARTER4EU) project, which is financed by the European Commission as part of the EU-LIFE Program.
The project aims to promote the development of the field of "green" construction, including the development of "green" mortgage financing tools on the territory of the EU and candidate countries. In response to the energy crisis in Europe caused by Russia's invasion of Ukraine, the project also focuses on hybrid green financing tools for vulnerable populations, including the integration of "green" solutions in the process of rebuilding Ukraine's destroyed and damaged infrastructure.
We invite all interested parties to participate in online trainings organized by the Romanian Green Building Council with the involvement of international experts as speakers for each of the proposed topics. After completing the course, participants will receive certificates.
