We are expanding the "Revolving Fund of Cities" program for EECU member communities!

Recently, 3 new communities have joined the reimbursable financial assistance mechanism: Kostopil City Council, Dubove Rural Council and Novovolynsk City Council, with a total contribution of UAH 1.2 million!

The programme plays an important role for communities in times of martial law. Unlike a loan, which requires interest payments, the RFC is a free loan for legal entities. Accordingly, the community can allocate more funds for energy efficiency measures.

Currently, 8 communities are using the Revolving Fund of Cities service with a total turnover of almost UAH 4 million.
