Sustainable Energy Days in the Bar community are among the first in 2024!

Last week Bar community was united by the theme “Clean environment is the key to a healthy life”. Under this theme Bar City Council organized a number of events as part of the European Sustainable Energy Week.

Among the target audiences of the 2024 Sustainable Energy Days were kindergarten students of the Luko-Barska Gymnasium and the INCLUSIVE RESOURCE CENTER of the Bar City Council. The children studied how small changes in everyday life can influence global processes through waste sorting, energy saving, and the use of environmentally friendly materials.

"Our goal is not only to educate children from inclusive groups about the environment, but also to make them active agents of change in our society. We believe that everyone who participates in environmental activities is a step towards preserving our planet for future generations,” the city council on social media.
