“SUN FOR UKRAINE": a competition for free hybrid solar stations
Greenpeace announces the “SUN FOR UKRAINE” competition for free hybrid solar systems (not only panels, but also inverters and batteries) for cluster and supercluster hospitals.
Greenpeace and the European Solar Energy Industries Council (ESIC) have teamed up to support Ukraine's critical infrastructure with solar systems from Europe. Solar power plants as an option for decentralized electricity production are the most sustainable solution for emergency supply as well as a long-term solution for electricity production in Ukraine.
Terms of participation:
- Cluster and supercluster hospital of state and municipal ownership
Location in all regions of Ukraine, except for the occupied territories and communities included by the Government of Ukraine in the List of territories where hostilities are taking place (Order of the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories No. 309 of 22.12.2022)
- Agreement to accept a hybrid solar station system on the balance sheet of a hospital or community
- Ability to cover the costs of delivery, installation and further maintenance of the system
- Availability of a technical specialist for further maintenance of the system
