Lutsk non-governmental organisations conduct an urban research of the city and work on its centre development strategy

Since May 2023, the NGOs "Місто.Перезавантаження" and "Urban Reform", initiated and funded by the "Algorithm of Actions", have been working on the Urban Vision Lutsk project, which aims to develop a master plan for the city centre - a unified strategy that will help the authorities, business and community work in a common vector, as well as improve the quality of life and attractiveness of the city.

The master plan for the city centre, approved jointly with the community, will be published on the Urban Vision Lutsk website. The results of the research are already freely available and this data is of a practical use to many categories of Lutsk residents. 

The masterplan will form the general concept of Lutsk's development, after which it will be possible to implement the proposed ideas in cooperation with the community, business and local authorities.
