Events for Sustainable Energy Days in Chortkiv community

Chortkiv gymnasiums No. 2 and No. 6, lyceums No. 1 and No. 5, Horishni Vignan gymnasium, Bilivske basic education institution and kindergartens No. 3 and No. 6 held events dedicated to the Sustainable Energy Days.

An intellectual and entertaining game "All about Electricity" was organised for students, as well as events "Energy Saving - Concerns Everyone, Benefits Everyone", "Give a Battery Back - Save a Hedgehog" and classes "Earth is Our Home! Let's take care of it" and "What happens if there is no electricity?".

Children watched videos about sustainable energy consumption, made exhibitions of drawings on "How to use electrical appliances at home", designed the project "School, Energy Efficiency and Me" and drew up rules and advice for primary school students.

On 19 October, the most active children were presented with educational games, an electronic construction set "Znatok" to help them learn about environmentally friendly power sources, and sweet gifts.

The Sustainable Energy Days were held as part of the EXCITE project and the implementation of the European Energy Award.
