• 100% of multi-storey buildings are a part of Association of co-owners of an apartment building (OSBB)
• 10% of residential sector is thermally modernized
• Active user of the EECU Revolving Fund for Cities 

During the visit to Novoyavorivsk, it was raining three times, the sun coming out four times, drying the soil and air, and several times during the day we couldn't film the basements of buildings due to the lack of electricity and the necessary lighting. However, this didn't stop us from preparing a video about the experience of this community in thermal modernization of the residential sector.
