Tender for purchase generators for Ukrainian communities (completed)
Commercial bids for generators are accepted for three lots in accordance with the basic technical characteristics of the generators and terms of delivery:
Lot 1: low power generators up to 10 kW - download the commercial offer form for Lot 1
Lot 2: medium power generators from 10 to 30 kW - download the commercial offer form for Lot 2
Lot 3: high power generators from 30 kW - download the commercial offer form for Lot 3
A slight deviation from the basic characteristics of the generator for the better is allowed, and in case of the same price offer from different bidders, preference will be given to those with better technical characteristics.
Taxes: The amount of VAT in the bids is not an eligible cost for the EU, therefore potential bidders should take this into account in their bids.
Deadline: Please send your bids in Ukrainian in the prescribed form together with copies of certificates of origin by 17:00 on 5 September 2022 to the following e-mail addresses: vitaliy.volkov@eumayors.eu, margaryta.kamasa@eumayors.eu and office@enefcities.org.ua with the subject line "Price offer for the supply of power generators Lot No. ___".
Country of production: generators produced in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus will not be considered. To confirm this, bidders must provide a copy(s) of the certificate(s) of origin with their bid.
Warranty conditions and quality of equipment: the proposed generators must meet high quality and reliability standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BS5000, ISO 8528, ISO 3046, IEC 60034, NEMA MG-1.22), have a wide service network and a warranty period specified in the commercial offer.
Trilateral agreements will be concluded based on the results of the evaluation of commercial offers and selection of suppliers: Payer (EECU) - Recipient (Municipality) - Supplier.
Terms of delivery: 50% prepayment under the Agreement, 14 working days for delivery.
