How to join the community
Statute and fees
The council reviews the statute and the amount of fees.
Council session decision
The council session decides on joining and allocates funds in the budget.
Statement
The mayor signs the statement.
Approval
The EECU Board decides on the community joining.
Agreement
The community and EECU sign a contribution agreement.
