Beneficiaries: up to 80 territorial communities from 14 regions of Ukraine

The goal of the project: Helping to ensure the availability of key documentation and network schemes of communal services in Ukrainian cities, which will contribute to the rapid restoration of service provision and post-war infrastructure restoration

Project results:

●  600 municipalities are covered by awareness-raising measures
● Methodological recommendations for saving documents from water supply and sewage networks
● Methodological recommendations for backup copies of heat network documents
● Instructions and videos on capturing / scanning documents
● Instructions for standardized data storage methods
● Google Business Disk backup of key infrastructure documentation for 80 municipalities, managed by their employees and available for 2 years (2 Tb per city)
● 40 schemes of digital networks of municipalities based on GIS
●Analytical paper on the digitization and backup of the main documentation of the utility infrastructure of Ukraine
● Analytical paper on the experience and lessons learned from the project and what makes sense to do in the future
